what mini camcorder would be best suited for snowboarding?

so, i need a mini camcorder for doing some fun little clips of snowboarding and snowmobiling this winter. i dont know alot about video cameras or the like so im posting here.
so far i have noticed three main contenders
kodak zi6
flip mino hd
and RCA ez300hd

as you can see all are hd up to 720p which i think is kinda nifty, but i guess i dont need it if there is a better quality camera out there
also, my budget is probably gonna be around 250 before taxes, but anything generally around there is fine. and remember, it has to be portables :P

Consider downloading and reading through the camcorder manuals BEFORE you buy. Check the Technical specs typically at the end of the manual. ALL electronics have an "Operating Temperature Range". Go outside the range and expect the electronics to not work - and maybe break.
