the error is in quotes, but I dont understand why it is an error. Explanations plz.

1.Air pollution caused by industrial fumes has been studied for years, but only recently "has" the harmful effects of noise pollution become known.

Why does "has" need to be changed to have in the first place? And if it has to be changed why isnt "has been studied" also an errror?

Sentence two: No matter how "cautious" snowmobiles are driven, they are capable of damaging land.

No idea why cautious is an error. Absolutly no idea…

Subject of second part of compound sentence is "effects" which is plural; needs plural verb, "have."

Need an adverb - cautiously - to modify verb are driven. How are snowmobiles driven? Cautiously.

I already loosen the track and bolt off. Just can’t get it to slide off. I have a 98 Ski-Doo. Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks

You need to pull the suspension out of the sled to take them off. Take the screw out of the front of the slides and then slide them off. If they are hard to come off, take a screwdriver and hammer and pound it off. Be careful not to damage the rails. Clean the rails good, cut down the new slides to size, you can use a little dish soap for lube to slide on the new ones if necessary. Slide on the new rails, put the screw back in and replace the suspension in the sled. A little trick is to use a ratchet strap to colapse the suspension to get it into place and bolted in.

The Outdoorsman Survival Card

Although outdoor pursuits are among the safest of hobbies, when snowmobilers and skiers, hikers and bikers, hunters and anglers, and other people who love the outdoors become injured or sick, they may be far from home. And although theyve geared up for all possible weather conditions and events, having an accident or illness is not part of the plan. They often leave out the most important piece of the adventure-security if something goes wrong! What if a program could help fill the voids in protection that exist in traditional or work-related insurance plans and it was as simple as having the Outdoor Survival Card in your wallet?
